Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actress working in TV and film is best known for films such as Rush and Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. The only child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. Alexandra started her career in show business at an early age. At the age of 16, she reached the age of sixteen, she had secured the leading roles in numerous TV dramas. Following her critically-acclaimed character in the television film Der Tunnel, Alexandra went on to play other noteworthy parts, including Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudljunge in Downfall.
